Coverage & mixing basics
- Color matching starts from a physical sample — a chip of the existing finish, a manufacturer color card or a painted swatch. A photo is not enough; light and screens shift color.
- Custom batches are mixed to the whole job's quantity so every bag is the same color. Estimate the full area before you order, not one wall at a time.
- Special orders carry a lead time set by the manufacturer. Send the product name and quantity early and we quote the timing with the price.
- Bring the spec sheet when a job calls for a named system. We match the exact product or propose an equal for the architect to approve.
